The Broker
Donna McCole is the Founder and Broker of Worthington Real Estate in Wayne, with more than 20 years as a REALTOR® across Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties.
Raised in Newtown Square as the oldest of five siblings, Donna brings a deep sense of family to her work. Several family members have even helped her clients over the years.
She was named a 2025 Main Line Today Top Realtor and a 2025 Philadelphia Magazine Top Real Estate Producer, and Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® appointed her a 2026 Pennsylvania REALTORS® Association Director.
Donna personally guides showing tours and handles negotiation herself. Outside of work she volunteers with Kids Against Hunger Philadelphia and serves on the Newtown Township Historical Commission.
